Be Mine Healthy Friends is a small vegan food restaurant. It was created with the goal of providing the people of Helsinki an ever-growing choice of healthy Vegan food, and in order to encourage people to choose a healthy vegan lifestyle.
We also offer a few Keto dishes and smoothies because customers often ask us to provide some.
The COVID-19 virus has emphasised the importance of good health and of having a strong immune system, which Vegan food creates.
I, Jasmine, am the owner of Be Mine Healthy Friends and I am passionate about healthy food! I make all our dishes with great care and attention to detail, and I want to share my passion with you!
I use fresh, natural, and unprocessed ingredients, and I support local farmers in Finland for the berries and seasonal vegetables that are used to make the vegan menu items.
The cafe opened at the beginning of 2021 and Be Mine Healthy Friends has already attracted a growing customer base. I treat my customers as my friends and with Thai hospitality, and because I want my friends to enjoy good health, I provide only healthy and nutritious food.

Why Eat Vegan Food?
A vegan diet excludes all meat and animal products (meat, poultry, fish, seafood, dairy, and eggs), whereas a vegetarian diet excludes meat, poultry, fish, and seafood.
Good plant sources of iron include lentils, chickpeas, beans, tofu, cashew nuts, chia seeds, ground linseed, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, kale, dried apricots and figs, raisins, quinoa and fortified breakfast cereal.

A vegan diet contains only plants (such as vegetables, grains, nuts and fruits) and foods made from plants. Vegans do not eat foods that come from animals, including dairy products and eggs. But a vegan diet isn’t the same as a vegetarian diet. (See the links inside here.)
Studies show that vegans have better heart health and lower odds of having certain diseases. They have less of a chance of becoming obese or getting heart disease, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure. Vegans are also less likely to get diabetes and some kinds of cancer.
